I would like to highlight an accomplishment that Engineering have achieved with the invaluable support and commitment from SRS on the delivery of works on one of Heathrow’s critical data centres.
The works that have been undertaken will be used to compile a case study and presented to the internal and external teams at Heathrow. In addition, these works have mapped the process to be used in standing up of Incident Response Team and recovery of critical assets.
There are so many messages from working as a team, fast and focused, partnering with suppliers, building bridges with other departments, to the fundamental benefits of preventative maintenance.
